Fringe (2008-2013) |
Another mind-bending series from the creator of Lost. Lots of below-the-surface mysteries but mostly has one episode stories. Favourite actors from Fringe: Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson, John Noble & Jasika Nicole |
Psych (2006-2014) |
Very entertaining off beat comedy drama. Flagged a bit towards the final season and the last season was a bit too random, but they finished on an up note with the finale. Favourite actors from Psych: James Roday, Dulé Hill, Timothy Omundson & Maggie Lawson |
How I Met Your Mother (2005-2014) |
Incredibly funny sitcom, with an entirely loveable cast! The premise (a father telling his children about how he met their mother) means that there must be an end at some point, but until then I'm enjoying the ride! A lot of it was brilliant, there were great moments all along the way, but the ending was just a little disappointing, and the last season was unnecessarily sad. Favourite actors in How I Met Your Mother: Josh Radnor, Cobie Smulders, Neil Patrick Harris, Alyson Hannigan & Jason Segal |
Dracula (2013-2014) |
I had to watch this brand new adaptation of the book that started it all! So far not at all disappointed with the Gothic feel and the brilliant way the story has been freshly imagined. The characters are all excellent also. Unfortunately one 10 episode season was all it managed. Favourite actors from Dracula: Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Jessica De Gouw, Katie McGrath & Nonso Anozie |

True Blood (2008-2014) |
A great adaptation of a brilliant book series, with its own quirks and storylines that keep you guessing. It's definitely a show I'll miss now it's over, the ending was somewhat satisfying and at least happy and contented. Favourite actors from True Blood: Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Deborah Ann Woll & Alexander Skarsgård |

In the Flesh (2013-2014) |
Really interesting perspective on the often trope-filled and tired zombie genre. A great exploration of prejudice in a typical small town in northern England. Cancelled way too quickly. Favourite actors from In the Flesh: Luke Newberry, Harriet Cains, Emily Bevan & Emmett J Scanlan |

Glee (2009-2015) |
Full of amazing numbers, and an interesting cast. Favourite actors from Glee: Chris Colfer, Naya Rivera, Alex Newell & Melissa Benoist |
